20 Years Experience
Owner and Director, James Batty, founded Toorak Builders after a 20-year career as a carpenter, driven by his keen eye for detail and passion for preserving the charm of older homes. With extensive experience working on major projects like Optus Stadium and the Perth Museum, James developed a deep understanding of both large-scale construction and the intricacies of heritage restoration.
His dedication to quality craftsmanship and his love for the unique character of older homes inspired him to establish Toorak Builders, where he could bring his expertise and vision to life, creating beautiful, enduring spaces for his clients.
Jake Vorias
General Manager Jake Vorias, a Builder originally from Bondi, Sydney, continues to establish himself as a leader in the high-end building industry. With over 15 years of experience in high end construction, Jake has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional, custom-built residences and commercial spaces.
